FAQ

Where will the sessions take place?

Sessions will take place in my studio located in Arlesey, Bedfordshire. If you make a booking I will send further details on my address.

How many per session?

These sessions allow up to families of 5 within the studio. If there are more of you please let me know.

Are young babies allowed within these sessions?
Of course! For babies under 3 months I would recommend booking 2 back to back sessions as you may need more than 20 minutes!

What will the Christmas themed sessions look like?

We will have a very simple and natural Christmas setup which will be similar to the photos above. You will have the choice of a silver and white backdrop or a gold and white backdrop. We will have neutral props with a pinch of Christmas wreaths and decor to compliment the set. 
We like to keep things simple as shown above.

Where can I park?

My studio is home based but there is visitor parking in the middle of the road. You can also park on the street as there are no permit restrictions. 



What time should I arrive?

Everyone who has booked will have an allocated time slot. To make the most of your time slot I ask everyone to arrive with plenty of time to find the address and park up. Its important to note that these are back to back sessions so I will not be able to run over on any sessions if you are late. 
Also please note if you are early then I may still be in a session.


What should you wear? 

Your outfits are completely up you and I often see may people incorporate the Christmas theme within these shoots! However if you want to dress normally I would recommend whites, silvers, greys and golds…light colours generally will compliment the set up. 



When will my images be ready?

All galleries will be delivered within 1 week after the session so they will be with you in plenty of time for Christmas.


How many images will I receive?

Your online gallery will include all of the finalised images from your session. You will then have a chance to choose the 10 images you would like to receive via digital download with the option to purchase additional images if you choose to do so. Please note all choices will need to be made by 10th December to give you time to get prints in time before xmas. 



Deposit Payment
To book a session I will ask for a £10.00 deposit to secure your time slot.

Final Payment
Payment is due on your session date, you can either bring cash with you or bank transfer to the same account you made your deposit payment.
